164: Talia Gutin - How do you shed all the parts that aren't you?
Episode description
Talia Gutin is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through The Co-Active Training Institute and the first-ever “Mindful Coach” on the MindfulMFT team. She has studied from and continues to learn under Vienna Pharaon's expertise, and has also received extensive training in Somatic and Relationship Coaching, Leadership Development, Mindfulness, and Neurolinguistic Programming.
Talia came to MindfulMFT in order to offer sessions to people who are not based in New York but are drawn to the approach and style Vienna Pharaon and the team offer. Talia offers video sessions to individuals in order to bridge geographical constraints while still offering the MindfulMFT approach.
In addition to the above, Talia is a 300 Hour trained yoga teacher and incorporates principles of Yoga and Meditation into her approach as well. She specializes in helping women build confidence, self, and relational awareness, finding clarity and meaning in their careers, and building conscious relationships.
She believes that every client she works with is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. She empowers her clients to live as their most authentic selves and step into the driver’s seat of their own lives, by helping them get in touch with their passions, values, and purpose, so that they can create a meaningful and beautiful life. Talia meets her clients with compassion and acceptance for exactly where they are, while also holding them to live into their potential.
