She’s not licensed, just life-tested. For the past five years, Sheri was the full-time caregiver for her mom, who recently passed away from Alzheimer’s. That chapter changed her. Now a new one begins. Sherapy is about connection through shared experiences—where laughter and truth go hand in hand. Because even after everything, you can start again. Preferably with a song and a smile.
