How can a transparent podcast promote transparency without demonstrating vulnerability and transparency? The Beginning of the End: Ashamed to Shameless provides insight of Shameless Shawny's journey and an overview of how shame was created. Shameless Shawny believes in order to diminish societal norms, she must have those difficult conversations by bringing awareness, exposure, and education. Societal norms  plays a significant role in shaming individuals, but fail to consistently inform individuals how to overcome those challenges or societal norms. How has our childhood shaped us?
