What if you’re making great progress with awesome results & loving what you’re doing, then your coach says you’ve got to do it completely differently? To get from excellent to outstanding can be just centimetres away but a different approach is what’s required to get there.
In times of uncertainty we can become fearful, panicked, stressed, anxious, angry, upset and disillusioned about our futures. But what we must remember is that disasters come and go and we rebuild together to create better futures for ourselves. This is what will happen afte rthe coronavirus subsides. It will be with us for some time, so today I discuss what we CAN do right now to be in control of what things mean to us.
You can choose to change or you can stay the same. It’s completely your choice. You can be coachable and step up when it's uncomfortable, or you can step away say "I'm right and they're wrong" and remain exactly where you are. Step up people.
I am seeing unprecedented spending patterns in our supermarkets and very selfish behaviours putting those in need under tremendous strain.
There's always at least two ways of looking at things and when it comes to global shutdown of schools, group gatherings, workplaces, travel, businesses and economies, it can create a lot of uncertainty. In times of uncertainty I look for the opportunities. If something is down, something else must be up. Today I explore what you can be doing with your "down time" to shift you from where you are to where you want to be. It's an exciting time to grow!

I like to use the analogy of life and progress as being a flight of stairs.
