Forming a relationship with God isn't something you just have to do when you feel like you are perfect. God loves you as you are. I think the key to a happy life is allowing him in your life and trusting him more than you trust yourself and what you can see with your eyes.

I think it is important to have a healthy diet but I think long run clean eating needs to be converted in to flexible dieting so you don't relapse.
