It’s time to educate self once & for all with these cold hard facts about H2O and why we need it so badly all the time I order to function properly!
To function properly, all the cells and organs of the body need water- seriously it’s a necessity! The human body comprises around 60% water. It’s commonly recommended that you drink eight 8-ounce (237-mL) glasses of water per day (the 8×8 rule).
Let’s go over my list of 15 reasons why water will and can become one of the greatest staples in your life! In this episode you will learn to inspire yourself to function at its greatest capacity by drinking more water frequently during your day! Which will then turn this into a strong & healthy pattern that you will not turn your back on again after feeling the feelings when do have it!
