In this episode, I'm reflecting on last weekend, when I traveled to Southern California to celebrate my birthday with a group of my closest friends. I made a conscious effort to be present for this time and trust me, that is easier said than done. We operate from the core beliefs that we allow ourselves to have: we’re not good enough, strong enough, attractive enough and these beliefs keep us from being present and where our feet are. In this episode, I'm talking about how I quieted my distracting and negatove self-talk in order to really be present and in the moment and giving tips for how you can to!
