We must remember as humans that function daily mindfully, emotionally, spiritually, consciously, subconsciously, and the list goes on that we are not always motivated at the highest caliber! However, we are inspired to be our best daily with what we have currently inside of us! When we are lacking motivation, which will happen, we can always rely on the elements that we have set up for self to help with motivation on non motivating days!
Such as creating obtainable goals that fit into a timeline, defining your why, understanding new techniques in your passion of movement, educating self on the benefits of why your passion of movement is what you deserve in your life and creating a schedule that allows time to execute your exercise in your crazy filled days!
As you tune into Project You my hopes are that you are able to take notes and apply through action that you deserve to sweat at least once a day!
