Today my guest is Elisabeth Hancock who is on a mission to help raise the consciousness of the world in part by sharing the science behind the woo.
Elisabeth joins me from Dubai where she currently resides with her husband and two children. She works with people the world over, to assist them in raising their own vibration in order to change the vibration of the planet, one person at a time. Elisabeth has done a deep dive into the science behind what raises our consciousness. She has explored quantum physics, the string theory and Epigenetics and has researched many studies that prove that we can change our DNA and how one person can make a difference in the world.
Elisabeth actually raised her own vibration and lifted herself out of depression. She tells us how she did this, all on her own, by remembering her happiest day. She did this over and over and over again. She proves that we can all change the way we think, feel and behave.
Her new book is called, Work Your Energy!The Entrepreneur's guide to raising your vibration, tapping into higher consciousness and achieving more happiness, success and wealth. I read every single one of my guest's books, if they have written one, because I love learning. She gives us meditations and exercises to assist us in utilizing our own energy to raise our vibrations.
