I started this podcast as a companion to my fitness coaching service, each episode is intended to offer an actionable tip or insight you can apply to your own wellness program or exercise regime, it's an opportunity to focus on the mindset it takes to achieve in fitness. So I look for leaders in their fields, from Olympians to top personal trainers, adventurers, and thought leaders, think of the podcast series as your collection of virtual fitness mentors.  My coaching clients tend to listen to the show during their hiking trips or cardiovascular sessions, but of course, feel free to enjoy how you see fit, I'd love to know if there is anything you've applied to your life as a result of listening!
