On this podcast, we’re huge proponents of enjoyment being the number one goal: and a loss of enjoyment usually means something has gone seriously wrong. So in this episode, we’re talki...

This year in our TriVelo group, we had two insane but very different FTP improvement results in athletes. Athlete A went from 4.1w/kg (300w) to 5.0w/kg (360w) over a 16-week period.
