On the Firefighter Craftsmanship Podcast we talk about positive ways to harness and increase human performance, how this applies to firefighters and first responders and dive into the concepts that lead to your overall health, happiness, and physical and mental health.

Topics covered will include human performance psychology, sports psychology, bodies response to stress, mental fitness, physical fitness, recovery techniques, breathing practices and how to be mindful even in the most challenging situations.
