Micah Marino is the Co-CEO of Fight or Quit (FQ). FQ is about overcoming obstacles and adversity. How you choose to deal with them will define who you are. Keep fighting, it will be worth it.
He started powerlifting in 2007, back when raw wasn’t a thing. At 165 pounds, Micah formerly held the all-time total at 1665. He holds the all-time deadlift at 795 pounds, weighing 181 pounds.
FQ gym resides in Las Vegas. They host meets, from local USAPL/WRPF meets, to the WRPF Nationals (three years in a row to AMP 2, the biggest non-tested event powerlifting has seen).
