Meet Mine Dedekoca
Mine Dedekoca is an esteemed, pioneering workplace culture curator and the first Future of Work expert in Turkey. With her Happy Work Studio brand, she has been on a mission to empower organizations to create a "Happy Workplace" with happy, fulfilled, and self-aware employees by combining remote working experience with global practices. She's the co-founder of Vivel, uniting web3, remote work and creators economy communities. Mine also uses her 15 years of mid-senior management experience at prominent international technology companies such as Star Of Service and Crossover to guide companies and individuals transitioning to remote work/freelancing. Notably, Mine is among the 10 founding members of Remote-First Institute – a not-for-profit organization devoted to providing companies with world-class know-how and support in implementing remote-first workplaces. An exceptionally bold leader, Mine has kept the pulse of the global change in work-life while partnering with many pioneering companies of the future like Remote.com and Monday.com.
