She has previously been the chair of a scouting group committee. Nicola serves as Fastmail's Chief of Staff covering all areas of the company's operations, from overseeing their compliance and legal responsibilities to managing complex projects with external partners to building a more effective internal culture across the global team. She's a firm believer in hope punk, cats, and chocolate.
