Today on the Take on Board podcast, we are doing another on-air strategy session. I'm speaking with Megan Bett. But before I do that, a quick shout out to Jackie Cooper, who recommended that Megan come on the show and explore her challenge for today.Megan is an HR professional, most recently conducting workplace investigations, the tough stuff in HR. She is interested in all things to do with people and the way our minds work. She works for her local council, and has been there for over 11 years. She is exploring taking on more of a leadership role in her community, or even stepping outside her comfort zone a little!
