This is an exploration of an electromagnetic phenomenon called dirty electricity. We have a quick review of what dirty electricity is (more info in episode 4) and then discuss the relationship between electric fields and dirty electricity. We also discuss how to measure both the external (DE provided by your electric utility) and the self-generated dirty electricity.
Then, we go into some detail about how the choices you make in the appliances you choose and the technologies you accept into your home have a direct relationship to the amount of self-generated dirty electricity. We give you specific remedies for reducing dirty electricity through the 'removal of source' technique and filtering technologies.
As always, our focus remains on the EMF refugee community. We discuss strategies for reducing exposure to dirty electricity in temporary living situations, ensuring that everyone feels included and understood. We conclude this episode with a glimpse of what's to come on this podcast, including the opportunity to share stories from current or former EMF refugees.
