After a brief chat about the 2021/22 Ashes series, Adam gives the rundown as to how a group of die-hard Hawthorn Hawks fans went from chatting on online forums to leading the charge as part of the Hawks for Change historic and successful campaign. 

He unpacks how Hawks for Change, a grassroots movement founded by fans and supported by Dunn Street, organised thousands of Hawks members across the country to mobilise and seek change by electing Ian Silk in a landslide election onto the club board, enabling them to finally have a direct say in the democratic process of electing board members.
