In this week's episode, Smithers is sent on a forced vacation and he chooses Homer as his replacement. Homer inadvertently teaches Burns the value of self-reliance, much to Smiths dismay. A wonderful Season 7 episode, although Rob and Andy differed quite a bit in terms of it's "rating".
