Homer fakes his own death to get out of working on a Saturday which brings his fugitive mother (who he thought was dead) out of hiding to visit his grave. She was on the run from crimes against Burns' germ lab in the 60s and ultimately has to go back into hiding leaving us with one of the most beautiful endings of all time. [Synopsis at 7:20]
