In this episode, Richard Pharro talks to John Humphries, who provides advice across a number of disciplines including Risk, Agile PM and BA, Change Management, Proposal Management and Better Business Cases.
He is a consultant, Trainer and Author and has co-authored and contributed to a number of publications .
John works at the centre of Government as a risk management facilitator and instructor with the Houses of Parliament.
Following the launch of Better Business Cases, John jumped at the chance to become an accredited trainer to help clients carefully consider and manage risks associated with their initiatives earlier rather than later as is so often the case.
Over the past 21 months, virtual classes for Better Business Cases have been much in demand. John has risen to the challenge of virtual events , has adjusted his style to an environment conducive to participant engagement, so that everyone gets value from the sessions.
