Episode description
The United States Navy established an elite school for the top 1% of pilots and when the top pilot turns in his wings, Maverick (Tom Cruise) and his REO Goose (Anthony Edwards) slide into his spot for a chance at calling themselves the best. There's some stiff competition in Flight Town USA, mostly Slider (Rick Rossovich) flying ice cold, no mistakes with Ice Man (Val Kilmer) who finds Man alluring but dangerous. This flight school is not only run by Navy staff instructors Jester (Michael Ironside) and Viper (Tom Skerritt), they also host civilian instructors like Charlie (Kelly McGillis) who might complicate things, the Navy calls it Fighter Weapons School but the flyers call it...Top Gun - this week on Doom Generation.
