We're a little worried about Juliette: She seems emotionally drained and physically exhausted, especially after Shelby's revelations. Meanwhile, Pauly gets picked up for being an idiot, Garrett and Cara are officially going steady, and Jared is medicating his depression and PTSD with alcohol (props to his mom for the intervention, so we're hopeful he'll get the help he needs).
