Today I welcome John Katz, "Cool Katz," as I like to call him. He's an online mindset and nutrition coach, and I've gotten to know him over the last year. We have a special bond because he lived many years in New Orleans and now lives back in his home state of New York.
His path is much of one that we can all identify with, get out of high school, go away to college, and things sometimes just turn awry. And you'll hear in today's episode how John nearly destroyed his life. He was on the brink of self-destruction and is a beacon of inspiration today.

His transformation from being obese, unhealthy, and now he has learned to master not only his mental state but also his physical state.
