In the episode I get to interview Mike Defibaugh who is a Professional Walleye Angler. This was Mike’s first year fishing as a pro in the Cabela’s National Walleye Tour www.nationalwalleyetour.com after years of fishing as a semi-pro. Mike had an impressive finish to win the first stop in the 2017 NWT and take home $61,000 in prize’s and money. Mike donated his cash winnings this year to Make a Wish www.wish.org, and that amounted to $15,000 for just this tournament. Mike provides some great information on how the tournament works, some equipment that can be used for Walleye Fishing and how the co-angler spot on the tournament works.
