Episode description

In Episode 31, Sara and Kyle, LPCs, discuss dichotomous thinking. When we see the world through a black and white lens we end up approaching everything as right or wrong, good or bad. We want to see behavior in a more colorful way so we can help our kids move away from shame and judgement. This helps children be more open to reflecting on their actions and taking responsibility for them.
