Danica Kennedy spent many years in the corporate world, but at the age of 30, she pivoted her career to help others embrace a journey towards better health and fitness through movement and exercise. In October 2021, a personal tragedy struck when her father took his own life. Not long after, in September 2022, Danica showcased her resilience by participating in Channel 4’s SAS Who Dares Wins: Jungle Hell.
