Anas is an A&E doctor and co-founder and CEO of Patchwork Health, which is helping healthcare organisations deliver sustainable workforce planning and giving all healthcare staff access to flexible work. They are currently working with over 70 NHS sites and have saved the NHS an estimated £40 million to date, while enabling almost 3 million hours to be staffed sustainably each year.
