The restaurant came onto his radar when he dined there as a guest and was wowed by the sustainable, flexible beverage program featuring keg wines, cocktails, kombucha and even cold-brew coffee—all on tap. That, along with the concept's craveable, shareable food and relaxed vibe, made a lasting impression.
