We travel to Missouri to discover an older yet new distillery.

This whiskey is bottled in bond which means I was:

-made from one distillery

-made from one distilling season (spring 2017)

-aged for a minimum of 4 years

-bottled a 50% ABV (misspoke in the episode)

Jack helps us with the taste notes of Holladay in this episode. This 6-year-old bourbon is a special release with nice and complex notes that make you pounder on the layers of flavors.
