When things aren't quite feeling right, you may need to pivot to a new business or idea.
In the early 2000's, Jana Uselton built a local Home Staging business in Dallas, TX. She left Corporate America with the knowledge of business building and strategic marketing ideas and quickly built a business that grew beyond her abilities. Her team of 15 is considered one of the largest Staging companies that have helped almost 6,000 homes prepare for market. Out of the blood, sweat, and tears, she grew a heart to teach others and help them reach success. The Home Staging and ReDesign Association is now a platform that serves thousands of Stagers and ReDesigners annually by providing the best practices, tools, education, and systems to grow their businesses exponentially.
Jana says first, ask these questions:
"What's your passion?"
"What's your customer's need?"
You can pivot too much. Employees can get frustrated when one plan hasn't been rolled out yet, and you're adding a new pivot already. Give it several months to let your team get the first plan in place. Also, have a team that you can trust and trusts you.
