A 66-year-old man is arrested in Utah for the 1977 murder of a Honolulu teenager, whose death shocked her high school and remained unsolved for nearly 50 years. A violent predator, once known as the “Bolder Than Most” rapist, has been released into the community in California after serving decades in custody for a series of brutal sexual assaults in the 1980s.
