Episode description

A teen who terrorized Chicago in a 9-month rampage back in 2020 is now facing a slew of new charges for a serial killing spree that killed a half dozen people & injured 4 others, including kids. 

A Wyoming fugitive is caught after 40-years on the run. He avoided capture for all these years by assuming a stolen identity. Plus, a robbery is fingered by the cops thanks to a cracker box!  Jennifer Gould reports.
