A 13-year-old special needs girl beaten to death and locked in a makeshift cage. Police say the girl had the mental capacity of a 3 year old was disciplined by spend time in a feces-covered enclosure. Grandmother Virginia Lujan, 55, and mother Jami Hodges, 33, arrested and charged with one count each of child abuse. More charges pending.
