Episode description

When a joyful festival rolled through a small Oklahoma town outside of Platt National Park in 1975, a young woman's dead body was left in its wake. As the carnival tents were coming down, the search for a deadly predator heated up and led investigators to violent man no one thought could be hiding in plain sight.
