Featuring Suzy Emmerton sharing the birth story of her first born daughter, Fiona.

This episode is the first story on Delivered from overseas -- a very common destination for hockey families at some point in their careers, thus a very relevant story to hear! Both of Suzy's children were born in Switzerland, and she moved there amidst her first pregnancy...talk about huge changes all at once! Unlike a lot of my guests, Suzy preferred a less is more approach when it came to birth prep, and it turns out that not having a set-in-stone plan benefitted her in the long (labor) run.

I am so proud of Suzy for sharing what she does because it takes a lot of guts to do this, and I appreciate her and all of my guests so much! Enjoy!
