On the 28th of July 1986, 25 year old Suzy Lamplugh stepped out of her office at Sturgis and Sons in Fulham where she worked as an estate agent. She loved her job and was on her way to an appointment to conduct a viewing on Shorralds Road not far from the office. Despite the fact that this was a routine part of her day, Suzy would never return to the office. In fact she was never seen again. The investigation into her disappearance focussed on the man who made the appointment; Mr Kipper and his possible role in what was suspected as her murder. This first part of 2 looks at her disappearance, the initial investigation and the missed lead early on that became important later.Important information provided by:
