Arthur Brumhill was 76 years old and had officially retired however his love of animals was his passion. He worked part time at the local pet shop on Wellingborough Road in Northampton. He worked there for 11 years and was a well loved member of the community. On the 21st of January 1993, Arthur was brutally attacked and murdered in the shop.
