23 year old Maureen Mulcahy went to the local pub in Aberavon, Wales in February 1976 after a night out with friends. This wasn't unusual for Maureen who was a regular at the Green Meadow Pub. The next morning her body was found 600 metres away from the pub. She had been strangled. The investigation into her murder reminded the community that she was the 4th woman killed in the same way in the last 3 years.
