After we have begun to mature in the Lord and have experienced Him in and around our lives, have we grown in maturity or do we still question Him and ask Him to reveal things for the sake of the experience...?
God wants us to grow in Him and understand Him in a deeper and more meaningful way. We still need child-like faith, but we should not ask things in a child-ISH way.
Today's devotional helps us to see where we may be failing to grow in the manner in which we should and are expected. Don't feel bad, you're not alone. Even Philip had this experience causing the Lord to say, "Have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known Me, Philip?" John 14:9
