Showering naked in front of strangers was never on my radar as something this introvert wanted to do, but if I wanted to swim in one of Reykjavik's relaxing geothermal pools, well, its time to strip.
Fear of doing something wrong, looking stupid or judgement from others keeps us from doing all of the really cool stuff in our lives and business that we want to.
The answer to overcoming fear is always action.
