As the founder of Daniels Solutions, she has delivered over 5,000 coaching hours, placed top talent in nonprofits, and trained leadership teams nationwide. Yanika holds engineering and management degrees from Vanderbilt University and MIT, along with a master’s in education leadership from The Broad Residency. Certified as a coach and speaker, she empowers organizations to cultivate effective leaders and achieve transformative results.
