In Financial Crimes Evidence — Pt 9, we continue our review of the in camera testimony of Mark Tinsley, the lawyer who represented the family of Mallory Beach in their suit against the Murdaugh family for the death of Ms. Beach in a boating accident caused by Paul Murdaugh. Under questioning by the prosecution, Tinsley details his encounters with Alex Murdaugh during his representation of the Beach family.
