Mary Brown is known as The Boundaries Coach.  She specializes in helping others overcome busyness and people-pleasing by learning to build healthy boundary skills.  For over a decade she served her community as a social worker and manager.  After seeing dozens of good people burn out, she noticed a difference between those who left and those who stayed.  Mary realized that it was all about BOUNDARIES!  Boundaries are needed to build confidence, empower our decision making, improve communication, and follow through with real self-care.  In the past 5 years, Mary has helped hundreds of clients and dozens of businesses overcome burn out and embrace the sustainability that comes with boundaries.  Mary’s teaching is centered in compassion and her superpower is teaching easy ways to have hard conversations.
