Paul Roos is the former Coach of the Sydney Swans FC and Melbourne FC, Director at Performance by Design, Commentator at Fox Footy, and husband to Tami Roos.
Roosy, as he’s commonly known, is undoubtedly one of Australia’s greatest thinkers on leadership. His constant focus on “process” was incredibly new in a field that often leads with experimentation - earning him the rare status as an authority. So I couldn’t help but jump at the opportunity to have Paul on the show.
