In this episode we're talking all things parenthood, fitness, and nutrition.We start off my talking about some new words that Peyton is adding to her vocabulary, and some fun things that we've been up to.
We talk about sleep deprivation that comes along with having a newborn and how that can crush all motivation to eat healthy and workout. Especially when everyone keeps bringing you sweets!
Then we talk about some of the latest workotus we've been doing at the gym and with our home workout program. Lots of single leg and single arm movements.
Then we talk Thanksgiving. I gave 3 of my favorite tips when it comes to the holiday season, along with some of the foods that I used to eat growing up on Thanksgiving.
