Since 2008 I have undertaken and been involved in 320 + residential property transactions .

These transactions involve a series of different challenges and circumstances .

We have done everything from minor renovations , significant Reclad projects smaller infill development projects and procured many large development projects.

It Specialises in Joint Venture property Development and trade deals & consulting and has various services that are tailored to our clients and investment partners needs.

PACE

PACE was formed by Stacy and I one Friday afternoon having the end of week yarn, where we discovered a dire need for quality property & construction advice in the Auckland marketplace.

Being active builders, property investors and developers ourselves , we have been at the tail end of many misinformed transactions with consultants giving text book advice with no practical, hands on experience.

After many chats to rectify this issue in the marketplace, our team with collective experience of 30+ years, got some pace in our step… and PACE (Property Advice & Construction Experts) was formed.

Our Third Business is

LIVETHEDREAM Enterprises Limited

We have built a large business team & e-commerce platform across 4 + countries over 10+ years.

Our focus has been on

* Getting people free of consumer debt

* Building peoples self esteem and self image

* Development of leadership skills

* Development of public speaking skills

* Building a cashflow business online

* Creating a holistic success path in life
