Episode description

Author, lecturer, and computer scientist with an MBA, Clarke Ching has been powered by Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints for 25 years, and using it to speed up Agile since 2003. Whereas others go deep into the details, acquiring more and more knowledge, Clarke went deep into ToC and Agile, and then decided to go wide - cherry-picking both bodies of knowledge, simplifying them, then sharing the most useful bits far and wide.

Clarke's BoS USA talk “Rock paper scissors” looks at the everyday stories that can help you make changes in your business, what you can learn from them, and how you can iomplent real change.

Recorded live at BoS Conference Europe 2016
