A commitment and position within the restaurant industry that has, in my experience, drawn the most jeers. I've heard more often than not that being a face of a brand cannot be done as a sober person. Nick and Michael are shining examples that it is possible, and it can be done well. Nick represents Angel's Envy, and until recently, Michael represented Woodford Reserve.
