Telling people that the way to better policing is to give them more money, more responsibility, more power, and that if we just give them "More Training" that will solve our problems is bass-akwards and ass backwards. We also take a look at police gangs and why I had to type the phrase 'police gangs' and you're not actively loosing your sh*t that modern policing has been infected with Neo-Nazi and racists gangs.
